Victoria Callin is the founder and director of Triple Threat Performers. She has 10+ years experience in directing and teaching and graduated from The Canadian College of Performing Arts in 2022. She also studied voice, piano, and music at the Victoria Conservatory of Music in their diploma program. Victoria has a passion for inspiring the next generations of Triple Threat Performers and future Broadway stars! She looks forward to teaching the senior class and will most likely pop-in during the mini and junior classes from time to time!

Jessica Paxman has experience teaching in the early childhood music department at the Victoria Conservatory of Music. She is a private vocal coach and has been heavily involved with Triple Threat Performers since its inception. With various skills such as leading choir, teaching voice, and being a skilled performer herself, she will provide all the basics needed to foster a love for musical theatre.

Maia Niedjalski is a skilled performer with over 10 years of experience on stage and off. She began as a performer with Triple Threat Performers and has graduated to acting as stage manager in our various productions. She is also an Educational Assistant and has a lot of experience teaching young children.

Maddy Callin is assisting with our mini and junior classes. She is a performer who has been with Triple Threat Performers since the very beginning. Maddy is currently starring in Matilda the musical which premiers at the Charlie White Theatre this June. She has a passion for performing, teaching and inspiring young performers and cannot wait to work with your children.
