Our Senior musical theatre class is for performers ages 12-18 of all skill levels. This nine-week class (22 hours of instruction) will focus on every aspect of theatre performance, and give students an opportunity to grow in confidence and experience. They will dance, sing, act, and learn about the art of auditioning and engaging an audience. Senior students will also learn monologues, scene work, and duets/trios. For the month of April, we will work towards a special performance that will take place on April 30th. This will be an opportunity for both Senior and Junior groups to come together and perform. Another element of this class will be the chance to participate in a musical theatre video. The students will audition, practice, and film a music video that will be published for friends and family to see. You can find examples of this on our Youtube Channel. On June 7th both the Junior and Senior classes will come together and present a showcase featuring all the numbers and work we have done.
